Announcement for Thursday, April 2, meeting

 

Due to the COVID19 "shelter in place" order our in-person meeting on April 2, at least, will be cancelled. Instead, we are going to have a meeting on Thursday, April 2, using the Zoom computer meeting process.

In order to participate in this meeting you will need a desktop computer, laptop computer, Apple or Android tablet, or smart phone. The device needs to have audio capability and, preferably, video capability.

​

You will receive an email shortly before 7:30 PM on Thursday, April 2, with a link to join the meeting. Clicking the link will initiate a download of the necessary application to your device and allow you to join the meeting.

​

It is not necessary to do anything more until you get the invitation to join the meeting on Thursday. But if you are not familiar with the Zoom program and want to get a head start on how the process works you can find more information here and download the app for your device here.
